Please Read Our Updated Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality service to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our staff, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, We will require a credit card to hold your appointment. A cancellation fee (full price of service) will be charged to your card on file. We ask that you give us at least twenty four (24) hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
For any reason a session is canceled less than twenty four (24) hours prior, the fee (full price of service) will be charged. If you are late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. Thank you!
